1. Who we are

Troshka is an online marketplace for buying and selling new and used vehicles. It is operated by [Operator legal name], [ЕИК / UIC], [Registered address, Bulgaria] (“we”). You can reach us at [contact@your-domain] or through the Contact page.

These terms govern your use of the site. By creating an account or posting content you accept them. How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

2. Our role

We provide a place where users post listings, comments and ratings. We are not a party to the deals between buyers and sellers, we don’t own or inspect the vehicles listed, and we don’t guarantee that listings are accurate. The user who posted content is responsible for it.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• If you sell vehicles as a business (dealer, car lot, leasing company), post your listings on behalf of your business (added in your profile), so buyers know they are dealing with a trader.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

4. Listing rules

• A listing must be for a real vehicle that you are entitled to sell.
• The description, price, mileage, year and other details must be true and complete.
• Photos must show the vehicle itself and must not infringe anyone’s rights.
• List each vehicle once. Mark sold listings as sold or delete them.

5. Prohibited content

Do not post listings, comments or other content that:

• is illegal, or offers stolen vehicles, parts or documents;
• is misleading or fraudulent (e.g. a vehicle that doesn’t exist, asking for a deposit off the site);
• is spam, advertising that isn’t a vehicle listing, or duplicate listings;
• is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or incites violence;
• contains other people’s personal data without their consent;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights.

6. Comments and ratings

Comments and ratings must be about the listing or the seller, honest and free of insults. Don’t rate your own listings, and don’t buy, sell or fake ratings.

7. Reports and moderation

Anyone can tell us about content that is illegal or breaks these terms, using the “Report” button next to every listing and comment or by writing to [contact@your-domain]. A report should identify the content (its address), explain why you believe it is illegal or breaks the terms, and include your name, your email and a statement that the report is made in good faith. We confirm receipt, review reports promptly and let you know what we decided.

We may hide or remove content and restrict or suspend accounts that break the law or these terms. When we do, we tell the affected user why: what was restricted, on what grounds, and how to appeal. You can appeal within 6 months by writing to [contact@your-domain]; appeals are reviewed by a person, not automatically.

8. Your content

Content you post remains yours. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute it on the site (including in search results and when shared on social networks) for as long as it is published.

9. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. Unless the law requires otherwise, we are not liable for deals between users, the condition of listed vehicles, or losses from relying on content posted by others. Inspect the vehicle and its documents in person before paying, and never send a deposit to a stranger.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We will announce material changes on the site or by email at least 15 days in advance. If you don’t agree with them, you can delete your account.

11. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court. If you are a consumer, you can also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg). This doesn’t affect the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
